Is Halcro a paid basher.... I do not think so.... I think he is a bitter old man who lost money on Wayside years ago. I think he is a a very lonely creature who sits at the kitchen table with his cane across his lap and a glass of cheap bourbon in front of him....half full of course. Not sure what he will do when BGM pays out and it most certaily will eventually.
He has been here for years...not months.
