A very good observation.  

I have been wondering what test mining meant in relationship to the orignal PFS?   I could not make any connections. Sounds a bit like when you are playing pool and calling shots only after the balls stop rolling.

So it is a mystery as to what is planned for this summer (spring is a non starter with load limits).
