RE:Financing on the horizon?

Either way, I am keeping my shares for a few years.

Aweel, Santi, that's likely what the special meeting is all about...maybe a restructuring, pricing of options, a possible merger with KER and SGX Resources, and a financing?

Since you bought on April 24, 2015, there's been few days when your shares haven't been underwater.

Of course, looking at the volume and the trades on April 24, you've likely got less than 10,000 shares, so a 1:10 would give you a nice, even 1,000.

Don't fall in love with those 1,000 shares for too many years, LOL. On August 18, 2005, BGM predecessor IWA rolled back its shares on a 1:10 basis, and then rolled its shares back again on another 1:10 basis on January 16, 2009.

Now lets move on and pay off the remaining debt by the end of the year.
