Director Obradovich files first report; 2015-05-06, 27,000 @ 27.93 cents, 7,000 @ 27.93 and 20,000 @ 28. Looks like the 27.93 centers may have been through the OTCBB, and the 28 centers may have been Canaccord from Anonymous. Total of holdings shows as 27,000, purchases show as 54,000.
It is encouraging to see on Sedi the recent buying by directors Gibson and Obradovich.
Past Sedi filings indicate that it’s somewhat unusual for director Gibson to purchase small lots of shares in the open market.
His Sedi filings for NGM in July of 2012, all reported on July 30, were 40,000 @ 22.5 on July 10 (Jennings, two buys from BMO and CIBC), 92,500 @ 22.8 on July 11 (@ 22.8, looks like 13 buys for 79,500 by Anonymous and maybe rest through Jennings), 37,500 @ 23.5 on July 12 (Jennings, three buys from PI and TD and Anonymous, 13 buys from Anonymous), and 30,000 @ 22.5 on July 16 (one buy, Anonymous from TD). There are no sales, even though NGM is now at 2.5 cents.
