On 2015-03-23, BGM announced, subject to regulatory approvals, the proposed issuing of 14,276,479 shares to 2176423 Ontario Ltd. With a 29-day turnaround, the shares are likely to be issued some time after April 22, 2015.

Hmmm...still no word on the issuance of the 14,287,479 shares, even though it's been 45 days since the news was released.

Hmmm. It's now 56 days since the news release, and still no follow up confirming that the TSX has approved the transaction and that the shares will be/have been issued.

The Management Information Circular should, provided the meeting date isn't changed, be up on Sedar in about eight days or so.

Should there be suggestions of a consolidation, and if the approval/share issuance hasn't taken place, will there have to be a recalculation of the strike price/issue number to reflect any change in the number of outstanding shares?
