Stockwatch records show that Sprott Assett Management took part in a PP on 2013-09-30...32 million units at a price of 12.5 cents. Total of $4 million, and Primary Capital (see BGM news release of ) got a finder's fee of $200,000, paid by way of 1.6 million units @ a strike price of 12,5 cents. Each unit consisted of one share and one half of a two-year warrant at 18 cents.
PP closed when share price was 19 cents, and the shares had a four-month hold period (January 12, 2014).
Stockwatch shows that shorts increased from 30,100 on 2013011-30 to 3.7 million of 2014-02-28.
On 2014-01-20, share price jumped from 13 cents to 17 cents on volume, and hit 27 cents on 2014-03-03 on sustained volume.
The financials show 16,800,000 outstanding 18-cent warrants at December 31, 2013. These warrants will have expired, unexercised.
