Best efforts: not so goodJune 9, 2015, financing was to be best-effort, with goal of flogging 9,375,999 shares for total of $ 3 million gross.
PP closed, with only 6,059,375 shares taken up (64.4 per cent).
Broker got $115,800 in fees, which reduces take to $1.82 million.
Not too encouraging as to the selling to the punters, and $1.8 million doesn't go very far in drilling and overhead.
