Well, there's the matter of the TSX.V insider trading volume (selling, LOL).
Between July 21 and July 31, the TSX.V reported insider sales of 290,500 shares (30.8 %).
Between July 21 to August 4, Sedi reported no insider selling. BCSC and Sedi rules state that already reporting insiders have five calendar days in which to file their reports penalty-free.
Ergo, where are the Sedi filings if the TSX.V reports were correct (and they were correct for the IAN Gordon-reported purchases in an earlier July period)?

Here it is. More insider selling. Total for today is 49,000 shares for $12,250 (25 cents). Anonymous selling to Scotia (27,500) and PI (18,500 and 3,000).
Total volume today is 151,000 shares,. Total Anonymous volume is 58,000 (38.4 %) and total insider volume as Anonymous is 49,000 (84.5 %)

the date of any change in your interest in, or right or obligation associated with, a related financial instrument involving a security of the SEDI issuer.
