My...this is interesting. The TSX.V insider report for September only showed 38,000 shares in insider buys as shown below.
The additional 2,000 weren't picked up by the TSX.V, and would likely have been:
2,000 at 10:41:42, Anonymous from Scotia at 22 cents.
