Well, ILove, if you go over to the settlement agreement ( https://www.bcsc.bc.ca/Enforcement/Settlements/PDF/2015_BCSECCOM_385/ ), you'll see that the witness to J Frank's signature is H Roderick Anderson, of Harper Grey LLP.
He
is, IMO, a heavy, heavy hitter, one of the top 500 lawyers in Canada according to Lexpert and AMLaw. His bio at Harper Grey contains, "H. Roderick Anderson...Clients count on Rod to represent them before the BC Securities Commission, TSX Venture Exchange, the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) and all levels of court. He also has a significant cross-border practice which involves dealing with US counsel and securities regulators.
Rod is known for representing clients in securities related matters that require administrative, civil litigation and criminal defence expertise.
Nowhere in his bio does it mention "cheap fees" (and the fees are being paid by BGM shareholders).
And, this might just be the tip of the iceberg. What else is the BCSC investigating? After all, as Mike Caswell wrote, "The BCSC never held a hearing for Mr. Callaghan. In fact, it never disclosed that there was a case against him at all."
Remember the picket BCSC and other insanities put forward by BigBags et al? I'll bet that the BCSC is looking at who's behind those logins and posts, LOL.
