RE:RE:RE:TSX.V Insider tradesWell, that's 860,000 of the 1,559,000 shares sold by Laurentian for 24 cents at 10:01:05 on Nov. 4, 2015, accounted for.

Wonder if there'll be more Sedi filings to account for the other 699,000 bought and maybe for the selling?

From the looks of the news releases and financials, BGM looks like it's going to need a substantial financing in 2016. Wonder why the buyers didn't wait for the strike price on the financing and then putting some money into the company's treasury?

Of course, with gold touching $1,085 (U.S.) today, and with all-in costs of about $1,280, most of the indicated ounces must be approaching the underwater mark.
