Capital outlay???

Capital outlay???"As part of the agreement, Osisko will have the right to appoint two nominees to Barkerville's board of directors. Upon closing of the private placement, Mr. Roosen shall be appointed as co-chairman of Barkerville, and Chris Lodder, who is currently a director of Barkerville, will serve as Osisko's second nominee. Additionally, upon closing of the royalty financing, Barkerville shall appoint Osisko's nominees to president and chief operating officer of Barkerville. Barkerville's current president and chief executive officer, Thomas J. Obradovich, will continue as chief executive officer.

Yowsa, yowsa, yowsa.

Is the company gonna have to enlarge the executive washroom and have a few more keys cut/

CEO Obradovich will likely keep his $300,000-plus-perks salary, so wonder what the newly appointed president Roosen and COO Lodder will be making? Surely it won't be less than the CEO?

The regional air carrier is going to have to add a larger plane to the Williams Lake route if all of the executives want to do a mill/mine visit.

Will they have to enlarge the washrooms at the QR mill and the Barkerville office (they can likely all squeeze into the common washroom at 1111 Melville in YVR).
