Similarities
Sandstorm gold, a royalty company just took over the rest of the shares they already didn't own in Mariana resources at a 60% premium. Anyone see any similarities between the relationship that Osisko has with Barkerville? Only difference is that Sandstorm owned something like 10% of Mariana while Osisko owns about 35% of Barkerville. Frankly if Osisko offered only a 60% premium for the rest of the outstanding Barkerville shares I wouldn't be very happy.

I cant see this happening just yet however I do think at some point the two Osisko companies will take full control of Barkerville one way or another probably after the new resource estimate is released.
