i live four hours drive from barkerville and saw 61 cm of snow in one night, there is probem with snow pack and drilling iam sure.

In some ways winter is better for mining. Better roads and pads. Snow is an temporary inconvenience. They have the equipment, and a couple of bodies can clear a deck soon enough.

Hello Fellow BGM' ers. I live in Wells and have been here for 40 years. We are having a wonderful Snow Fall this Winter and it is reminiscent of yesteryears when the norm was real Snowfalls, 20 feet plus each year. Most evening before my Bedtime I go out onto my back porch just to listen. It never ceases to amaze me just how beautiful it is here. With respect to the Drilling and Snow pack

Hi Bull. Thanks for the info. From your vantage point, would you be able to tell when the drills have stopped or at least moved? That might give some indication when we might expect them to start working on the long awaited 43-101. TIA

Hello Waiting, FYI, it would appear that there's always activity up back here on Island Mnt. Depending on cloud cover/sky clarity/or snowing, the sound from the drills change in volume. It's their Lights that best indicate number and local. It seems like they haven't stopped in months with the exception of one brief time near start of Winter. Most activity I'm guessing from drill
