..oh wait...this is the minority takeout...already has a majority shareholder(s). No more bids...plus it's paper not cash.
Geez...frozennutsaz doesn't even get back to breakeven on his $0.65 shares and the $1 shares that she "feels real good about"...42% haircut in a takeover. OUCH
My guess BGM is very thankfull to all the little shareholders that supported drilling, drilling, drilling AKA dilution, dilution, dilution over the years.
Sad for all the "believers" here but seen this story too many times
