Well that's the first time they ever filed an AIF. Something is brewing imo.

AIF....Annual information form. Must fill one out to be eligible to file a short term prospectus which in turn allows you to undertake a public offering of securities. Looks like they are preparing for a cash raise...PP or whatever.  JMO
