RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Some Reality Therapy

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Some Reality TherapyIt wouldn't take much to get it started, TT. I worked for Bioasis for almost seven years. I have a big fat bunch of records.

A smart offshore "businessman" like yourself ought to be able to figure out the angles better than you seem to have, TT. Here's how it works. I need to be compensated for any work I do in support of shareholders BEFORE Bioasis has been sold, or xB3 no longer belongs to Bioasis. That work by shareholders would be an attempt to get back control of Bioasis and save their investments, a daunting task. It would take a lot of work. There would be no benefit to me if they were successful. I've already lost over $300,000 and I have no remaining equity. Because of the work it would take for me to provide evidence and to help create legal argument, I would need to be paid. It's not a money grab. I can't afford to lose the time and income it would take to help shareholders.

If either of those two events occur then there would likely be no avenue or reason for shareholders to affect the outcome of Bioasis or to get control of the company. In that case they would have no reason to pay for anything. However, it's no big deal for me to send a preliminary package to regulators. It all exists in my records. If regulators chose to pursue an investigation, I would be obligated to assist them, morally, perhaps even legally. The shareholders would likely be only spectators in that case.

Meanwhile, I see you've been wrestling in the mud with yourself, and you lost 2 to 1 to yourself. Yes, 3rd time was a "charm" for you, TT. We can only imagine how charming your two deleted posts were.
