beenthere responded to my post titled, “Questions, No Answers - An Anecdote.”

He posted:

....if anything was remotely and I MEAM remotely that JD said in his last 2 mega posts ( yes JD I DID read the whole thing! Surprise) were correct I would think that those investors ( gamblers) with millions of shares would try to turn this thing around!

BUT just the opposite! SILENCE from everyone!

WHY do you think it's that way JD?

Don't you think these people would at least try?

Or could it be THEY are part of your conspiracy?

----------------------

Lol. Funny stuff, beenthere. I agree with you. Bioasis shareholders won't even vote their shares, not for anything, no how! They certainly won't put more money up. I get that. But they could still vote the deal down and vote Rahtjen out.

But the apathy of the shareholders is not shared by Ladenberg Thalmann, Armistice, Rathjen and Saltarelli. They tried to get their hands on Bioasis, and Bioasis was and is nothing but xB3. They wanted xB3. That was their target.

That's an important consideration, don't ya think? The shareholders don't care but these guys do, to the extent they spent almost two years setting up the deal.

One thing for sure. The Midatech shareholders cared. They weren't going to allow that gang to get their hands on over 90% of Midatech/Biodexa.

Too bad the Bioasis shareholders don't much care.

What's likely to happen is this. The New xB3 Corp in a couple of years will go public and The Gang and DrDR and Brother Mario will make a ton of money.

And the old Bioasis shareholders will have a ton of excuses about why they lost money, how they were victimized and a whole bunch of other stuff. And they’ll complain about the richer Bioasis shareholders not saving them all.

I won't be laughing at anybody, but I'll know I was right and so will you.

And yes, some of the larger shareholders could easily be part of a conspiracy. It would be easy. Agree to the sale of Bioasis and we'll give you a piece of The New xB3 Corp. But I think The New xB3 Corp knows that they'll get Bioasis without any help from anybody, as I postulated in What’s Your Price?

The shareholders won't vote. There's no fight left in 'em.

The stupidity in this post is mind blowing.  Absolutely stunning to read.  Another perfect example why Johnny boy is bankrupt. But the apathy of the shareholders is not shared by Ladenberg Thalmann, Armistice, Rathjen and Saltarelli. They tried to get their hands on Bioasis, and Bioasis was and is nothing but xB3. They wanted xB3. That was their target.   Johnny boy,  ...more

Bwahhhh hahahahahahaha! So it was a fix! A short-loan-tax play by Sappy Capital, I mean, LT-Sabby Capital. What, couldn't they decide how to screw Bioasis? And Rathjen fell for it? And the lawyers missed it? And the 460-page information circular didn't disclose anything? No wait. It was Ladenberg Thalmann.  They shorted Bioasis? Lemme go look for the volume of shorts that ...more

No, no. It's ok, TT. I'll stick with my views on things. And you can make your case for the Sappy Cap flap. What you posted was gibberish, but I'm sure you have the whole story. We'll wait for you. We all admire your smarts and knowledge. We're confident you can explain it. If you don't mind, though, (snicker, snicker...) I might go with the facts. Say. Was it the ...more

I'll stick with my views on things You've been so right the past 15 yrs Johhny boy! Thats why your bankrupt!!! You are so absolutely clueless you missed the point of my post about Sabby. I wish I could type slow, so you could comprehend.  Sabby has nothing to do with LT, bioasis,  DR etc. I brought up Sabby to give an example of how destructive Firms can be. LT ...more

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Sappy Cap was an example because they're destructive. Like LT. I hadn't noticed that LT was destructive. Well. The share price at $0.005 might be a clue. But otherwise, who knew! You have a flair for the obvious. jd

Sappy Cap was an example because they're destructive. Man, for someone who boasts about his readn and studyn the internet abilities,  you sure dont have a clue! Sabby has also lent struggling Pharmas capital, with extreme over the top conditions. High interest, shares with warrants,  and conditions that are not made public.  Go and some more readn and studyn Johnny boy ...more

You have a flair for the obvious I guess I am just not as good as you at connecting all the dots!! But, Im not bankrupt!! So, I will say that my "flair for the obvious " is good!
Comment by Boomskid on Aug 24, 2023 12:15am
If xB3 was no good, TT, what were the The LT Gang going to get out of the Midatech deal? What was their play? You're the one who raised it. What was in it for them? jd
Comment by TheTruth1234 on Aug 24, 2023 12:20am
You are such a sap. If xb3 was so good, why did 5-7 pharmas walk away from Bioasis and their beloved xb3?
Comment by Boomskid on Aug 24, 2023 12:11am
Come on, TT Sappy Cap. Get a mitt and get in the game. We're just getting started tonight. What was the play? If LT and The gang didn't want xB3, what was their play? What were they going to get out of it? jd
Comment by TheTruth1234 on Aug 24, 2023 12:13am
Why did 5,6, or 7 major Pharmas pass on xb3 Johnny boy? Lol.  Because they couldn't connect the dots like you?
Comment by Boomskid on Aug 24, 2023 12:19am
I've explained what 5, 6. 7 12, 43, companies were doing. You forget a major point about deals and partnerships.  You can figure that out. What was in it for LT and the gang if it wasn't xB3? Simple question that you can't answer. jd
Comment by TheTruth1234 on Aug 24, 2023 12:23am
What was in it for LT and the gang if it wasn't xB3? To milk as much money from suckers such as yourself for as long as possible! They are ruthless and will try to get blood from a stone.
