Pierpont and funds

Pierpont and fundsInthe past RR has raised funds this way, and he is in the middle of that very important mkting campaign...mkting can cost alot, even if you dont have to anti up for R and D. And the tsx is well aware of how funds are being raised..as many including myself have raised this issue. IF the tsx sees fit to allow this, I would just move on and wait and see the outcome re the directors. Certainly updates for the otcbb and frankfurt would be great. Maybe after the directors are onboard the bio has sorted out this hiccup. Primarily I would not want to see this impact on the mkting process ongoing in S Am.
