I typically look at at 15 min chart when stock does not have high volume and 3 min when it does.  On daily chart I typically just go by volume, no other indicators.  On daily I use RSI, Slow Stochs and ADX with 200SMA and 50 EMA.

BIO has had typically volume in the morning then nothing and volume late afternoon.

$2 is going to be the wall to break today....
