RE: Patience - exercise your vote
RE: Patience - exercise your votewell said, muroc.
We all have an opportunity to challenge the ridiculous proxy voting options. It's important we do. If we can't make it to the AGM in person, then be sure to vote and mail it back.
I brought the #4 option (below) to Austin's attention a few days ago and it is apparently legal - I have no idea how. He said dissatisfaction with the current Board has not come up until this year. But if there are enough protests against keeping the Board, surely the embarrassment of not wanting them will help change things.
#4 Reappointment of current board of directors only gives the options to AGREE or WITHHOLD. DISAGREE has been marked N/A. That's insane!!
I'm putting DISAGREE on mine, with a turse note to get rid of RR, his bride and Gale B. The other two, Dr. F. Geoffrey Herring, Ph.D., and Johan de Rooy, MBA, FCA, CPA, speak strongly for SH and are good ones to keep on. (That's the feedback I've rec'd.)
If he's not already, Luis Lopez, VP Mexican operations, should be elected as a board member. He's got a great background

And bring on other business-smart new blood who will direct the company properly, in the best interests of moving the company forward and to benefit SH.
I would bet that a new board announcement alone would boost the SP.
In RR's bio, it says he "is primarily responsible for the direction of the company." The SP continues to be driven down. Nice direction.
I hope every SH takes the time to vote at the opportunity provided. It would be great if we could have some strong representation at the AGM and address these issues in person. If not in person, on paper.
Cheers,
-Lucy.
