TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 20, 2010) - BioExx Specialty Proteins Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:BXI - News;"BioExx" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has completedall prerequisite filings pursuant to its conditional Toronto StockExchange ("TSX") listing approval announced on January 11, 2010. Finalapproval has been received from the TSX and the Company's common sharesare scheduled to commence trading on the TSX at the opening of themarket on Friday, January 22, 2010. The common shares of the Companywill continue to trade under its present symbol "BXI".
