Irresponsible Comments by Management

Irresponsible Comments by ManagementManagement has to be taken to task for making highly speculative comments and infering or implying that the manufacturing facility that is still under construction will be able to produce at a rate that will exceed the design capacity. This is simply irresponsible and misleading.

A prudent approach is to keep this type speculation out of the marketing - public relations and wait. Wait until there is empircal evidence to support the claim. After three months of operations and carefully guarding the results to ensure they are bonifide, the management can justifyably crow about their success.

To make the inference now looks like more speculative and irresponsible hype. If management feels they have to resort to this to "keep up the share price" - I become even more suspicious. Management is paid to produce results and the Share Price will follow. Management needs to avoid manipulating the share price by making these types of speculative comments.

I think all share holders need to be very cautious about management.

If it walks and talks like a rat - it is probably a rat.
