Your experience does provide good insight into this announcement. I own my own business (oil and gas exploration) and I know there are always inevitable delays and unforeseen issues. BXI will be no different, especially considering they are not using a "cookie-cutter" technology, it's brand new so they will have to work out the bugs, if any. I am confident that if they have gotten this far that startup will happen within the time frame they stated (a few weeks). Once that happens the management will focus on their next set of goals. All in all, pretty positive news. Keep up the good posts.
