40,000mt facility 907 kg/per ton
bxi suggests will produce 55mm gross revenue ,lets say they used the # 10.00/kg to get the top line rev %
they say they produce 30mm net after cogs+ - a couple mm their margin is pretty steep

cost to run the plant 6mm year

free cash is 20-25 mm or their abouts if they produce on a continious basis and all goes well.

a 15 x earings multiple and a 5 plant model,not counting europe,or other deals,let alone a takeout premium

cash monster as they say.
