lets be clear
So what your saying is that you and an associate have obtained inside information directly from a Helm insider relative to confidential client information.
You then have acted upon that information and have have placed this confidential information onto a public blog knowing full well that it may affect the share price.
that my friend is using insider information to manipulate the capital markets
not sure if you are aware that provincial and SEC regulators and issuers can request the records of all posters on these sites.
there have been a number of recent judgements against individuals for this type of behavior.

you may want to clarify, before the statements are forwarded to the issuer,I have no doubt they are growing tired of some on this blog.
