Conf call was clear
If we have not got this nailed by end of SEPT they are in panic mode,there will be no place to hide,they will need a strategic partner fast at that point.
However on the other side the fixes they are putting in and the operational metrics before shut down give them some confidence they will get there.
we shall see , I think many investors will wait to see the results after waiting this long.
On Vitalexx comment:
They need the isolexx process nailed to move to vitalexx,but the vitalexx process is not overly complex once the isolexx process is nailed its just incorporating some different equipment that uses catalysts to enhance the extraction of the insoluble protein,a full scale ramp up is more a capex problem that a technology problem. Hense the reason they are not ramping up a fullscale vitalexx program initially . It is reasonable to focus on isolexx,then do a smaller scale vitalexx roll out to prove up the process and preserve cash ahead of a strategic partnership or IP deal.
the key is proving the technology,Advantexx-they have that now and it can make money,isolexx ,vitalexx and a toasted meal IP deal those are the next 3 key metrics.
If they get there Someone buys them, No Minot ,No plant 3-4-5
