Some thoughts
Some thoughts1) This is still a $108 mln dollar company that is worth
if the process doesn't work. Ok, maybe smth if they can commercialize their toasted meal patent.
2) If the process works, upside = let's say it's $500 mln. I think it's a good number, not too conservative, not too aggressive.
3) Risk/reward - 1/5 if you assign a 50/50 probability that the process does work.
4) Breakeven probability of a process working = 20%.
5) Problem = no idea what the probability of the process working is. Foaming, pausterization, hydrolized protein - these words mean nothing to me.
Pick your horses, gentlemen (and ladies), we are in for a fun ride until September. Who needs Vegas when you have BioExx.
