BXI History

Hey Everyone, Last year my previous broker had indicated that this company was one of the best investments out there. At the time I had no more to invest . It was over a buck at that time and I was yearning to get in. I have still been following it on and off. After looking today I was surprised. I still like this company, but not sure if there is someting fishy here.
Can someone share some info as to why we are at this level?
Any info would be appreachiated.
