Its all about valuation( sadly ) Best Bid

What will Nestle,ADM,Cargill ,China, pay.what will cannacord recommend BXI take, someone will buy it its at what price. They have proven enough to indicate some relative value, what they have failed in is operational acumen.

what are the patents worth?
What is the remainder of the IP and know how worth?
what are the hard assets worth?

What we know

they have 9 -10 months to sell it or run out orf cash.

BXI has produced 2 tons per week of 86% canola protien isolate. They also have the ability top produce Vitalexx.
average price deck would be around 6-9.00 per kg.

the big question can a smarter bunch of guys scale this up with additional capex and some run time. Have no doubt the komono is fully open now and Nestle, ADM,Cargill, etc engineers are scouring the plant ,The CEO's have only 1 question in mind ,can we scale it up and make money.

remember sasky was never intended as anything more than a pilot plant ,prove the concept, and sell.

so were at the sell point, not fully scaled up,so valuation will never be the sarah E 5 plant model.

the question is valuation greater than .19 cents per share ,these decisions will be decided by them pitching to 2-3 different parties.

for the food giants like nestle 200mm is a rounding error.

what they need is a few bidders, and an engineering report that says yes on scale up.

we could be back to .50-.80 cents a share on a bid or rumor of a bid
stay tuned for
