RE: BXI Analysis

RE: BXI Analysis

Useful.  Do you get ValuEngine's report on your brokerage?  Their methodology is also very useful.  See below.  It's not just that I like their price, its the methodology that helps to structure the analysis.

My belief is that even a little bit of good news will push us back towards $1.  At which point a PP is not entirley undesirable.  20 mill more will carry them well into 2013.

And we are better off with a little powder at high purity, than with a lot of powder at low purity.  The nut is in the quality.  Go forward we will need both of course.

I never expected Minot to be built.  Certainly not plants 3 to 5.  I like your revenue projections, which are reasonable. But the real value is in the take over bid.

I retain concerns about how KPMG will react when asked to sign off,............  the GRAS is a big help here,...

FAIR MARKET VALUATION PRICE

Based on available data as of Jan 12, 2012, we believe that BXI should be

trading at $1.43. This makes BXI 86.34% undervalued. Fair Value indicates

what we believe the stock should be trading at today if the stock market were

perfectly efficient and everything traded at its true worth. For BXI, we base this

on actual earnings per share (EPS) for the previous four quarters of -0.10, and

forecasted EPS for the next four quarters of -0.04. There are an additional 10

firm specific and interest rate related parameters, each playing a role in the

valuation analysis. For more details on ValuEngine's Fair Value Model, please
