They could and may buy it just for the R&D tax write offs,the percieved upside is gravy.
the key is do they see a business case for Canola protiens,and it this the player to help them gain traction.
ADM has partnered with Burcon,why not Nestle or Abbott labs with Bioexx.
You have to bee in the Data room and have your engineering teams combing data and looking for solutions to the issues Bioexx ran into. They may have novel fixes in their pipeline Bioexx never dreamed of.
Bioexx should have done this 2 years ago,but now they are vulnerable,so they need not just 1 bid but 2bidders.
there is value there but what someone will pay depends on what someone else will pay.
I will give them 1mm tomorrow for the whole enchilada ,assume they will say no. but at least they have had first bid "Ha"
