And his $1.30 is close to Valuengines valuation of the company. 

Some one just suggested to me a premium of three times NPV of DCF is not unreasonable.  So take 1.30 times half for a fifty percent JV, and then three times for a buy out premium or you wait in court for years.  Say 1.80 ?  Sounds a bit rich.  Makes sense ??? Not my field,..

If the book value is 25 cents, then three times would be 75 cents.  Plus the value of the patents.

I'm penciling in a dollar,.... or you can have mine today for 99 cents,....

After all the hope and fears over the last few years it is no small irony that the break up of the company might be the point for the richest profits to be made..... my last purchases were at 14 cents.  Tragic.  A small part of this thing was always about feeding the world as Mike said.  But whatever,...
