the other equally plausable scenario is we have 3 bidders all multi billion dollar food or pharma giants , who ask themselves if I wait for death of BXI and get boggled down in ccaa nonsense and litigation,I might get killed and loose a scalable and massivly profitable opportunity to a competator.
how would my share holders view my indecision?
what is the relative cost of tying these idiots up into a joint venture development deal-30mm-40mm,chump change for COFCO,Abbott Labs,Nestle,ADM. Its not his/her money its shareholder $$$$$ who cares.
Gadfly none of these guys gives a .......hit about the mgt,they will all be fired once a deal is cooked,they only care about their own engineeering opinion
