If you mean accounting Goodwill, then I agree.  I am advised goodwill over book on a sale of a company like this is 3 to 5 times book.

We need a firm basis for perfromance, or this all comes across as pie int he sky.  I think if they get thru year end, hit ten tonnes with client shipments, and exceed 90% routinely, then that basis is established.  A good consultant's report and a JV deal would be icing.  Back to a buck and then a PP to buy time,.....

Never thought Minot was much of an issue myself,... leave Minot to the ADMs who are in that business.  Some one posted the size of ADMs soy plants once - millions of MT,....  BXI is an IPR and licensing entity in my view.
