Bulls eye on Back of BXI

Bulls eye on Back of BXI

Excellent call:random thoughts

  • proven product and process, validated by the best in the business, all these engineers talk,I am sure the guys at Nestle,ADM,Cargill,Century etc are in discussions over a few beers of course with their buddies at GEA.
  • Discussion with parties that came to them seem robust, but always good to shop the GEA report around, may bring in other PARTNERS,maybe not 1 but a few unique deals in different geographic regions. That smells of China .
  • At this SP they could be inplay, someone buy them and flip them  who knows either way there is a target on their back until a JV gets concluded.
  • Reducing cash burn good explanation, like comments of we have alternatives to keep cash on balance sheet if required, says to me they have som e private investors willing to buy them more time if required.
  • cash to add vitalexx 65mm,seems like alot but if you had not spent the 100mm R&D on sasky already ,depending on JV deal its not allot for a larger multinational. They have huge budgets for development and if it goes bad they can take the tax loss against earnings.
  • If Nestle can announce they now own a big chunk of BXI revenue going fwd,it may add to their share price and pay for the transaction just on the bump. There are allot of ways to view it but bxi investors have to get in the head of the CEO of a major. Does it work and is it scaleble ,answer seems to be yes.

Hurry up and wait, but bid should move up slowly

with speculation of a JV in next 6-8 weeks

good luck to the longs
