Also, IMHO if the auditors (aside from the ones on the internal audit committee) have even looked at the financials yet, I would be very surprised. IMHO nothing to ponder; well not that issue anyway.

You think KPMG has looked at this train wreck yet?  Really?

KPMG has one of the biggest embarassments on the TSE on its hands here - half billion dollar loss on SP and plenty of reason to challenge reporting and integrity of management comments - noy leeast of which since they have not complied with reulatory requiremenst for disclosure of material asset impairment.  See the three hndred psosts on this topic when we were discussing litigation.

Its not about adding up numbers.  Its about them putting their name on a balance sheet as consistent with the rules. A hard sell at this point.
