You're right.  But there is an unwholesome tension between a "penny stock littered with risk" and the contours of the Toronto Stock Exchange.

This is not the Upper Volta Venture Board - yet.  Standards of care and oversight do apply -still.

At least in the small and rabbity space between my ears,.....
