it's a coin toss CS arranges a loan, the final GEA report comes out detailing the final numbers, the stock price rises nicely and CS has a stronger hand in negotiating a JV deal. No loan, oops. we lose. At .08 this is a time sensitive option........why bash it at this point. Everyone knows where were at
