RE: RE: NUMBERS: I can see clearer Now That's a great question. He said it would be a minority stake so we know they are getting less than 33% of this JV but i'm also very curious as to how much of a hit CS had to take to get to get this far.
To address another comment CS also mentioned when it was down to two parties that one would be in the initial deal with the second potentially coming on board as a result of the first one. This tells me that there is a second party waiting to see how this plays out before pulling the trigger.
Consider this the test case for the long term success of BXI. It's going to take time but if they can suvive the next 12 months we'll be good in the long run.
