As far as I am able to determine they never produced more than a fews tonnes of protein powder - apparently that was enough to gum up the whole works.
If at all - it's quite possible they never even achieved that. The analysts reports are subject to interpretation.
Protein - "A wonder substance that causes $600,000,000 to be moved from little guys' pockets to Bay Street."
Good of IIROC though to wait till we have all been bled out. Otherwise some one might have accused them of doing their jobs.
