Thanks I read the post.  But did not answer my question fully.  C Scharr said they were TRYING to avoid dilution.  That implies to me a push by some to get equity in the company through share interest plus investment.  Option if I were a buyer, I would prefer. I'd say the question is out...and a dilution is a very real possibiity reverse split or?  In any case existing ...more

Presently, discussions are oriented towards a direct investment in the Saskatoon plant scale-up and/or additional "greenfield" facilities, to create joint venture structures at the project level.
