If the potential business and finance partner have insisted on anonymity, we still could have been informed as to the dollar value of the cash component and staged payments. to allow us an opportunity to better assess what is being put forward.

How long does it take to mothball and sell a used canola pilot plant?

IF they can't come to terms with the two mystery parties prior to july, will the 6.8 million dollars due be extended by Romspen? IF so is this for sure and at what cost, they already have secured this loan with the co's assets both intellectual and physical. What value is the oil processor technology given, what perccentage of newco are we likely to end up with? How, if at all is the ...more
