The COO said it would be completely done by January 31st and there were minimal issues with construction so we should be getting a nice juicy news release by Friday or shortly thereafter.

If they didn't have the financing then they would not have committed to having it completely done by January 31st.  Makes no sense.

The facility your talking about that they sold and plan to lease half of is London. The expansion I speak of is there hamilton facility they currently operate from. I did a tour of the place back in november I believe. We are waiting on closure of the sale in london and Saskatchewan. Hamilton was never in the talks to sell.
