Might be a mistake

but I picked up shares at $0.01 today. The fact that Jeannette bought 20,000,000 shares a few weeks ago gives me a strong indication that they aren't going bankrupt in the near future.

Hoping to swing this and sell for 50% gains at $0.015. Not normally a "trader" but this company can't be trusted as a long term investment as of right now.

Well it's about time someone else is thinking straight, that's what its all about, making a profit, and 25-50% profit each trade is fantastic... I've been doing that with BE and a couple of other 2 cent stocks, making great profits!!!

Jeannette bought those shares before she reisgned and was quoted saying "there were things that as I dug deeper into past practices and governance that might have made some people uncomfortable" ; “Let’s just say there are shadows there.” "I do think I operate ethically and if I can’t fix it, I don’t want to be attached to it.”

She resigned in December 2019. Purchase was made April 20th 2020 and filed on April 28th 2020.

The SEDI filing is incorrect. Beleave was not even trading on April 20th. You can check their disclosures to confirm.

Looks like Jeannette provided a loan that was ultimatley settled by shares.
