Not true.  She provided a loan last year that was settled in shares. They reported it wrong.    "During the nine months ended December 31, 2019, the Company also issued 20,833,333 Common Shares to a former officer of the Company, to settle a balance of $500,000."  See page 28 of the April 29th Financial Statements https://webfiles.thecse.com/BE_Q3-2020_FS ...more

Wallhalla, you seem to be in the know with this company. How do you see thing playing out? Do you think shareholders will see any proceeds from a deal?

No I don't. They have no assets to sell and owe more than they would ever realize from an asset sale. They do not own the Hamilton property or the improvements; they are about to lose London and regardless would not realize much profit if it sells before the VTB is due (they have tried unsuccessfully for over a year now); the Saskatchewan license is worthless as Llyod Minister is saturated ...more

Its been my objective to warn as many investors as possible about the truth of this company.  Everyone makes their own decisions, but they should do so with all the facts.
