SOME LOWLIGHTS

Worth reading the whole thing, but here are some notable items:
  • Beleave has $200,000 cash and insufficient funds to last past this week
  • Volero has issued notices of default and the relationship has come to an end
  • Bill sold Hamilton property to a person JV ing with the Stalking Horse Purchaser
  • Beleave has 30 full-time employees (including 14 employees who are on temporary lay-off).
  • London property is in default and taxes are not current.  Mortgage holder has issued notice to enforce its security
  • CRA is owed $310,000 for excise duty.
  • Director liability insurance has lapsed. Beleave is seeking a Directors’ Charge in the amount of $200,000 to indemnify their directors and officers for liabilities.
