Anybody who has followed the ~15 cannabis companies in CCAA, would likely agree that BE is the least probable to survive as a going concern given their financial situation. All of their assets are encumbered so any sales will not accrue to shareholders. Wishful thinking seldom works, especially in CCAA

As mentioned if the can work out a deal with Auxly then I think there is value
