The lawyers are recovering money from the accused. There are a number of respondents in the case who appear to have assets related to the illegal monies from the Bridgemark Scheme. Touching base with the Vancouver litigators this week and will try to attend the March hearing in Vancouver.

It was a terrible situation.  I had 160K shares worth over half a million in early 2018.  When the news came out about this raise with "Bridgemark" something didn't feel right I researched them and found some complaint rumblings online about them being sketchy AF.  Once the price got down to the $1.60's I liquidated them all over the span of a week and I am sure ...more

I feel they are making an example of this group. I am uncertain why the shares are still in our accounts and whether or not the March hearing will open up a channel for retail investors to sue the respondents or not. Going to keep a close eye here.
