Anyone speak to a lawyer or get through to TD or any other Canadian bank regarding the Beleave shares?

My Canadian bank told me they can't sell the shares due to the cease trade order. So, that leaves the shares in limbo. I'm continuing to research what options may be available if any.

You can trade your Canadian shares of Beleave as long as you meet the following criteria: You must not be a Director or Officer of Beleave. You must not own 10 percent or more of the shares. You must not have aquired your shares during the period the shares have been halted. You must than trade your shares through a Licensed Canadian Broker.  I got rid of my beleave shares a week ago 400,000 ...more

You can call your bank and they will set up and sell for you. I am with TD and I have sold my be shares.

Hey, I have old shares sitting in my account. they are on the Canadian exchange. if I call questrade, can they sell on the US OTC market ?  I have never seen a case like this, where company stock stops to trade in CSE, but is still on OTC.
